The Revenue Growth Manager leads the growth engine, collaborating with founders to design and execute high‑impact experiments, manage the revenue team and drive data‑focused business results. Remote‑first role based in Mumbai, India, with full‑time employment.

What you’ll do

• Work directly with founders to drive B2B revenue growth
• Build and run growth experiments to achieve business results
• Hire, manage, and develop the growth team
• Report results with a numbers‑first approach
• Maintain agility and ownership mindset to meet revenue targets

What you’ll bring

• 7-13 years professional experience, preferably in a business ownership role
• Exceptional understanding of business metrics and revenue models
• Advanced executive communication and presentation skills
• Strong data analysis proficiency to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies
• Solid understanding of copywriting, visual design, and website optimization
