Unit Manager, Tech Transformation

About the role

Tech Transformation department at Bajaj Finance leads the DMS customer mobile app and web portal initiatives. The Unit Manager drives strategy, design, development, and operations of these self‑service channels, overseeing requirement gathering, testing, analytics, and compliance. Works closely with IT, Payments, Risk, Design, and vendors to ensure stable releases and optimal user experience. Based in Pune, Maharashtra, on‑site role.

What you’ll do

• Lead strategy, design, development, and operations of DMS customer mobile app and web portal
• Gather requirements and create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data/API mapping, and UI notes
• Prepare test cases, execute SIT/UAT cycles, track defects, and support app store submissions and rollout
• Validate event tagging, maintain dashboards, monitor performance metrics, and generate reports
• Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and content standards
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including IT, Payments, Risk, Design, and vendors

What you’ll bring

• Graduate degree (Engineering/Commerce preferred)
• Hands on experience in ZBB, BPR/DPR, Draw.io & process mapping
• 5-10 years in app/web product delivery or BA/QA (preferably BFSI/payments)
• Experience with mobile/web testing, payments, analytics instrumentation
• Understanding of UX, experimentation, and accessibility fundamentals
