Director / Senior Manager – GCC Growth & Account Leadership

About the role

BayRock Labs, a Silicon Valley product engineering firm, seeks a Director/Senior Manager to lead GCC growth in Bangalore. The role blends engineering depth, delivery management, and client relationship skills to drive revenue expansion across GCC accounts. Responsibilities include account ownership, executive relationship management, hands‑on account leadership, solutioning, RFPs, and account planning. Requires 10+ years experience, strong engineering background, delivery management, client engagement, and knowledge of GCC ecosystem. Must be field‑oriented, relationship‑driven, and able to collaborate with sales, delivery, and executive teams.

What you’ll do

• Own GCC account growth and revenue expansion
• Build and execute upsell/cross‑sell plans
• Manage executive relationships with VP/SVP/C‑suite
• Lead day‑to‑day account management and stakeholder meetings
• Translate delivery insights into growth strategies
• Design solutions, develop proposals, present to clients
• Lead RFPs/RFIs and support new logo opportunities
• Own account planning, MBRs, QBRs, and health tracking

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years total professional experience
• Strong engineering background with hands‑on development
• Proven delivery management, client engagement, program leadership
• Experience in account growth, client expansion, or business development in tech services
• Knowledge of GCC ecosystem in Bangalore
