About the role

The Lead Digital Product Owner defines vision, roadmap and backlog, translates business needs into epics and user stories, and guides Agile delivery teams to deliver scalable solutions. Chennai, India, onsite five days a week, relocation assistance provided.
What you’ll do
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy and measurable outcomes
- Own and prioritize product backlog aligned with business objectives
- Translate requirements into epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, data and engineering teams to deliver capabilities
- Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement and release planning activities
- Validate delivered functionality and accept releases
- Drive product adoption, value realization and continuous improvement
- Champion Agile, Lean and customer‑centric product practices
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years digital product management
- 5+ years Agile/Scrum delivery experience
- Strong stakeholder and executive communication
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira or similar tools
- Proven backlog and product lifecycle ownership
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams without direct authority
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
- Familiarity with data platforms, AI/ML and analytics
