Lead Digital Product Manager - API

About the role

The CB CIB Digital team seeks a Lead Digital Product Manager to build and evolve digital experiences for Wells Fargo Vantage. This role involves supporting strategic roadmaps, leading complex digital business plans, and managing end-to-end execution across the Digital Channels Team. The position is based in Bengaluru, India.

What you’ll do

• Lead development and execution of complex digital business plans
• Act as key participant in large-scale planning
• Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product areas
• Make decisions on digital strategy requiring strong business understanding
• Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables
• Collaborate with peers and senior managers to resolve issues
• Use data and analysis tools like Tableau and Excel to define requirements
• Engage technology teams and stakeholders to support business decisions

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of digital product management experience
• 4+ years of Agile experience
• 2+ years of CIAM experience
• Strong understanding of APIs and platform architecture
• Experience in financial services or commercial banking

Nice to have

• Proven track record in matrix organizations
• Ability to lead technology feasibility conversations
• Familiarity with prototyping tools and UX/UI features
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
