About the role
Investment Performance team within Ameriprise's Advice & Wealth Management segment drives performance reporting across the firm. The Team Lead Research Analyst leads research, defines business requirements, and provides analytical support while overseeing data quality and compliance processes. Based in Noida or Gurugram, India with a hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
What you’ll do
- Collaborate on projects to develop investment products and improve data quality
- Provide data quality oversight and escalation support
- Maintain control testing for performance tools
- Participate in performance verification compliance
- Maintain ownership of performance reporting tools
- Lead through influence and subject matter expertise
- Multi-task across projects and recurring tasks
- Stay current with regulatory requirements
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years financial services experience
- Master's Degree or equivalent
Nice to have
- Investment performance measurement experience
- Knowledge of investment concepts and practices
- Experience with performance measurement systems
- CIPM and/or CFA designation
- Understanding of GIPS standards
- Strong oral and written communication
- Project execution with limited supervision
- Vendor relationship management
