About the role

Investment Accounting Services team at M&G India oversees NAV production, fund accounting and financial reporting for public markets funds. The Senior Manager ensures accuracy, timeliness and regulatory compliance of fund reporting, drives risk and control improvements, and manages relationships with TPAs and internal partners. Mumbai, on-site, full-time role with flexible working arrangements.

What you’ll do

• Deliver robust NAV and financial reporting oversight across assigned funds
• Act as subject matter expert for fund accounting, reporting and cost oversight
• Perform error and risk validation, analyze control failures and support remediation
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, controls and oversight frameworks
• Manage complex internal and external stakeholder queries
• Build and maintain relationships with TPAs and internal partners
• Work closely with onshore and offshore teams, including India‑based colleagues
• Contribute to risk and compliance investigations

What you’ll bring

• 8-10 years financial services experience
• 5+ years fund accounting oversight
• 2-3 years supervisory or managerial role
• Knowledge of UK, Ireland, Luxembourg regulations
• Experience overseeing third‑party administrators (TPAs)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Effective stakeholder management and communication
• Relevant finance or accounting qualification
