Senior Vice President, Fund Services

About the role

Fund Services team at Citco delivers end‑to‑end fund administration and client service for complex hedge funds. The Senior Vice President leads client service delivery, oversees NAV calculation, manages risk, and drives operational improvements while mentoring senior account managers. Hyderabad, India, hybrid work model (Hybrid).

What you’ll do

• Oversee calculation of net asset values for complex hedge funds
• Manage a group of clients and Assistant Vice Presidents
• Monitor service provision and ensure compliance
• Participate in client conference calls and reporting deadlines
• Identify high‑risk projects and recommend solutions
• Report operational risk status monthly
• Lead projects driving business expansion and evolution
• Supervise department procedures and policy adherence

What you’ll bring

• 15+ years experience in financial services, product control, operations or fund accounting
• 5-7 years supervisory experience managing staff
• Strong technical knowledge of hedge fund accounting
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Strong business acumen and risk management knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice to have

• Oversee client service delivery and set standards for key clients
• Formulate and implement client service programs
• Liaise with operational areas to capture client requirements
• Visit clients periodically to assess service quality
• Assist in resolution of complex client issues
• Manage escalation and complaints within team
• Train and support senior account managers
• Lead risk assessments and project work related to regulatory changes

Bachelor or Masters in Accounting, Finance, Economics or professional accounting designation (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
