About the role
Zensar Technologies – Workday HCM Consulting team builds and optimizes enterprise HR solutions on the Workday platform. The Senior Workday HCM Consultant leads configuration of Core HCM modules, designs complex organizational models, engineers dynamic business processes, and creates advanced calculated fields and reports. Works on-site in Bangalore, collaborating with HR and Finance leadership to translate requirements into scalable system designs.
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end configuration of Core HCM modules
- Design and maintain complex organizational structures using Org Studio
- Engineer condition-based Business Process frameworks
- Build sophisticated Calculated Fields and custom reports
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Optimize and scale HR system solutions
What you’ll bring
4+ years functional HRIS experience with Workday HCM
Nice to have
- Deep expertise in Workday Business Process Framework
- Proficiency with Workday Security Groups
- Advanced skills in Workday Calculated Fields
- Experience with Workday Report Writer (Matrix, Composite)
- End-to-end Onboarding configuration and compliance
- Strong communication with HR and Finance leadership
