About the role
Senior Solutions Test Engineer responsible for validating end-to-end solutions for Calix access network products, including data, voice, video services. Develop test strategy and plans, perform regression, scalability, compliance testing, validate customer use cases, write clear test reports, collaborate with product teams on requirements, reproduce field issues and validate fixes, use traffic generators for video, data, voice testing, capture and analyze data packets, troubleshoot and debug issues.

What you’ll bring
- BSCS/BSSE/BSEE or equivalent; MS preferred
- 5+ years testing L2/L3, Voice, GPON, XGSPON, NGPON, Active Ethernet, TR-069
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, detail-oriented, proactive communication
- Strong verbal and written English skills
