Senior Manager Testing Lead, Website, Spine Test Solutioning

About the role

Testing Team at SBI Card leads the testing domain for mobility solution tools, ensuring robust quality across website and spine platforms. The Senior Manager designs test strategies, oversees test plans, automates suites, and coordinates with 7‑8 program managers on multiple projects. Based in Gurugram, India, on‑site work model with potential hybrid flexibility. The role drives adoption of latest testing techniques and tools while mentoring test engineers.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement test strategies aligned with organizational standards
• Create, review, and approve software test plans and cases
• Lead test automation efforts and review automated test scripts
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple program managers and projects
• Manage test environments, hardware, software, and network resources
• Identify performance bottlenecks and guide defect resolution
• Report test status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
• Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years overall testing experience
• 5-7 years domain experience in website/spine testing
• Experience with KONY platform
• Proficiency in QC/ALM or similar test management tools
• Automation experience with QTP/UFT
• RPA tools such as UI Path, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere
• Database testing with Oracle or SQL Server
• Programming in Java, .NET, Python
