Senior Test Analyst, Salesforce Testing

About the role

TestYantra Software Solutions QA team ensures quality of Salesforce implementations. The Senior Test Analyst designs and executes functional test cases for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, manages defects, and collaborates with developers using Jira and ALM. Bangalore, on-site, immediate start.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop functional test cases for Salesforce applications
• Execute test cases and log defects
• Manage defect lifecycle and coordinate resolution with development teams
• Maintain test documentation and ensure test coverage
• Report test results and metrics to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve testing processes
• Mentor junior testers and share best practices
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively

What you’ll bring

• 5-10 years testing experience
• Strong experience in Salesforce functional testing
• Good knowledge of Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
• Experience in test case design
• Experience in test execution
• Defect management experience
• Experience with Jira, ALM or similar tools
• Good communication and analytical skills
