Leads a 25‑35 member offshore engineering organization, shaping technical strategy, overseeing end‑to‑end delivery, and managing stakeholder communication. Thiruvananthapuram, India, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Build, lead, and manage offshore engineering organization
• Define structure, hiring plans, and onboarding processes
• Own delivery of offshore contributions across development cycles
• Set technical roadmap and approve architectures
• Act as primary liaison between offshore and onshore teams
• Represent offshore group in executive and steering committees

What you’ll bring

• 15+ years software engineering experience
• 4‑5 years people management or engineering leadership
• Built and scaled offshore teams of 20+ members
• Delivered complex client‑facing engineering projects
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, Agile, CI/CD, Cloud, Microservices
• Exceptional senior stakeholder management
