About the role

Trend Micro seeks a Specialist - Presales in Mumbai to serve as a technical SME for its security portfolio, including Apex One and Vision One. The role involves leading pre-sales activities such as solution architecture, demonstrations, and POCs while supporting sales teams with RFP responses and partner enablement. This full-time position is based on-site in Mumbai, India.

What you’ll do

• Act as a technical Subject Matter Expert for the Trend Micro security portfolio.
• Support pre-sales activities including requirement gathering, solution architecture, and design.
• Assist sales teams with RFP/RFI responses, BOM creation, and solution sizing.
• Participate in partner round tables, customer workshops, and security awareness sessions.
• Deliver partner enablement sessions and support onboarding of new partners.
• Build and maintain demo environments, technical documentation, and enablement materials.
• Collaborate with internal sales, product, and channel teams.
• Provide feedback from partners and customers to improve GTM strategy.

What you’ll bring

• Strong hands-on experience with Trend Micro security solutions or equivalent cybersecurity platforms.
• Good understanding of Endpoint Protection, XDR, EDR, Email Security, Workload Security, Cloud Security, and Network Security.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Ability to conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Understanding of SIEM, SOC operations, MITRE ATT&CK framework, and modern cyber threat landscape.
