About the role

Ingram Micro Presales team drives secure networking solutions for enterprise customers. The Specialist acts as the technical subject matter expert for Palo Alto Networks portfolio, delivering solution architecture, demos, and proof‑of‑concepts while engaging partners and customers throughout the sales cycle. Mumbai, India, on‑site role with hybrid collaboration as needed.

What you’ll do

• Act as SME for Palo Alto Networks security portfolio
• Gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver technical presentations
• Conduct demos, POCs, and lab workshops for partners and customers
• Prepare RFP/RFI responses, BOMs, and licensing guidance
• Collaborate with internal sales, product, and channel teams

What you’ll bring

• 3-5 years technical pre‑sales or solution engineering experience
• Hands‑on expertise with Palo Alto Networks firewalls, Panorama, Prisma Access, SD‑WAN, and Cortex suite
• Experience designing security architectures and conducting assessments
• Strong presentation and communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and partner engagements

Nice to have

• Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) preferred
• Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator (PCNSA) preferred
• Cortex XDR/XSOAR certifications preferred
