About the role

Finance Team at Archaea Energy drives accurate asset lifecycle accounting to support the company's net‑zero ambition. The Senior Analyst records and reconciles complex financial transactions, ensures timely monthly and quarterly reporting, and coaches team members on process changes. Pune office, hybrid work model with remote flexibility, no travel required.

What you’ll do

• Supervise and monitor accurate recording of asset transactions across the lifecycle
• Ensure timely end‑to‑end asset accounting and performance reporting
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for stakeholders
• Perform balance‑sheet reconciliations and compliance checks
• Liaise with global finance colleagues to resolve complex issues
• Train and coach team members on process and system updates
• Participate in internal and external audits as needed

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years asset accounting experience
• Proficiency with financial reporting systems
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work across time zones and collaborate globally
