About the role
Fund Accounting - Real Estate team at Citco delivers end‑to‑end fund services for complex real‑asset structures. The Senior Fund Accountant prepares journal entries, analyzes general ledger and financial statements, performs variance and trend analysis, and supports property accounting functions such as rent, CAM and lease terms. Telangana, India – hybrid work model.
What you’ll do
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Analyze general ledger and financial statements
- Conduct variance and trend analysis
- Manage property accounting tasks including rent, CAM and lease terms
- Prepare work papers and budgets
- Support rent‑up and straight‑line rent calculations
What you’ll bring
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- CA/ICWA/CMA qualification
- 1-5 years accounting experience
- Property/Real Estate accounting experience preferred
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
