About the role
Fund Accounting - Real Estate team at Citco delivers end‑to‑end accounting services for complex real‑asset funds. The Senior Fund Accountant maintains the general ledger, prepares financial statements and footnotes, processes bookkeeping entries, and calculates carried interest and performance fees. Works hybrid in Telangana, India, collaborating with on‑shore stakeholders and supporting fund structure implementation projects.
What you’ll do
- Maintain general ledger and sub‑ledgers
- Prepare financial statements and footnotes
- Process bookkeeping entries and trial balances
- Calculate carried interest and performance fees
- Act as day‑to‑day contact with on‑shore stakeholders
- Participate in fund structure implementation projects
What you’ll bring
- 3-4 years accounting experience in financial services
- Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP
- Experience with fund administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with enterprise accounting systems
- Strong communication skills in English
