About the role

Supply Chain Operations at Accenture delivers end‑to‑end supply planning and network execution for global clients. The Delivery Operations Team Lead drives a team of senior analysts to ensure accurate planning data, inventory performance and seamless coordination with suppliers using digital tools like Kinaxis, SAP ECC and Power BI. Based in Navi Mumbai, this on‑site role focuses on continuous improvement, risk mitigation and data‑driven performance insights.

What you’ll do

• Lead day‑to‑day activities of senior analysts and analysts
• Execute supply planning, inventory management and sourcing coordination
• Maintain planning parameters and master data accuracy
• Collaborate with demand and supply teams for end‑to‑end execution
• Drive adoption of digital planning tools and analytics dashboards
• Identify and resolve supply risks and constraints
• Provide performance insights to leadership and stakeholders
• Coach team members and support capability development

What you’ll bring

• 7-11 years supply chain & operations experience
• Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain, Operations or related field
• Proficiency with APS tools (Kinaxis, o9, OMP, IBP, APO)
• SAP ECC knowledge
• Power BI and advanced Excel skills
• Leadership of analysts or similar teams
