About the role

Delivery Operations Team Lead on Accenture's Delivery Operations team, responsible for strategic development and ongoing operation of recruitment services for client accounts. Leads workforce planning, sourcing, screening, onboarding, and RPO operational activities while managing SLAs, KPIs, and recruitment analytics. Mumbai, India, on-site, full-time.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies and operational plans
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and communications
• Mentor and manage a team of recruiters
• Drive process improvement and optimization initiatives
• Produce recruitment dashboards and analytics reports
• Oversee HR information systems, vendor management, and budgets
• Ensure SLA/OLA compliance and continuous improvement
• Partner with hiring managers and candidates throughout hiring process

What you’ll bring

• 7-11 years recruitment experience
• RPO or managed services recruitment models
• Experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting
• Experience with ATS and job boards
• Team mentoring and performance management
• Client interaction and issue resolution
• Exposure to Australian recruitment processes, especially airline industry
• Open to Australian shift timings (9am-5pm)
