About the role
Delivery Operations Team leads the global sourcing execution function, driving end‑to‑end sourcing, contract and supplier management to deliver cost and risk objectives. The role designs and executes sourcing plans, negotiates contracts, monitors compliance and leverages generative AI tools for efficiency. Based in Gurugram, India, on‑site work model.
What you’ll do
- Execute sourcing plans and tender processes
- Manage contracts from drafting to closure
- Monitor supplier performance and SLAs
- Conduct spend analysis and compliance reporting
- Develop supplier relationships and risk mitigation
- Leverage generative AI for RFP drafting and data summarization
- Coordinate with legal and technical teams on contract terms
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers
What you’ll bring
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Nice to have
- 7-11 years sourcing and procurement experience
- Global supplier and stakeholder management
- Contract negotiation and management
- Spend and compliance reporting
- Risk management and business continuity
- Proficiency with SAP, Ariba, Coupa
- Advanced MS Office skills
- CIPS Corporate Diploma preferred
