About the role
Audit Analytics Specialist role focuses on building and maintaining audit analytics solutions using Python, R, SQL, and ACL. The position drives data extraction, automation, and dashboarding initiatives, supports AI‑enabled audit tools, and migrates analytics to scalable platforms. It requires applying analytics to key business cycles, translating business needs into data solutions, and collaborating with auditors and IT teams to ensure reliable data and effective tool use.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain audit analytics using Python/R/SQL/ACL.
- Deliver roadmap initiatives across data extraction, automation, dashboarding.
- Support development and deployment of AI‑enabled audit and workflow tools.
- Migrate analytics into scalable, governed platforms.
- Apply analytics to key business cycles (P2P, O2C, inventory, etc.).
- Translate business needs into analytical solutions and support data‑driven audits.
- Provide analytics support during audits, including data access, scripts, visualizations.
- Partner with auditors and IT teams to ensure reliable data and effective tool use.
- Train audit teams on analytics and automation capabilities.
- Track emerging technologies and identify opportunities to modernize audit processes.
- Contribute to pilots, proofs of concept, and knowledge sharing across IA function.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, CS, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics, engineering, or audit analytics.
- Hands‑on Python, R, SQL, or similar analytic programming languages.
- Experience in data cleansing, quality assessment, and large dataset processing.
- Dashboard development (Power BI, Tableau) and stakeholder presentation skills.
- Knowledge of business cycles: P2P, O2C, supply chain, inventory, fixed assets, revenue.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize multiple tasks.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with data management, ETL concepts, and automation frameworks.
- Understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Ariba.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
