About the role

Global Internal Audit Centre of Excellence (COE) at Reckitt drives digital transformation of audit. The Internal Audit Manager leads the data analytics strategy, builds advanced analytics, automation and AI/ML solutions, and mentors a team of analytics specialists. Hyderabad, on-site, hybrid schedule with flexibility and relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute data analytics strategy aligned with risk priorities
  • Design and deliver dashboards, predictive models, and automated testing solutions
  • Embed analytics across audit planning, execution, and reporting
  • Lead evaluation and adoption of digital audit technologies, AI/ML, and workflow tools
  • Coach and develop analytics team members and promote a culture of innovation
  • Collaborate with IT, Data, and business teams to ensure secure data access
  • Report insights to senior stakeholders and support audit committee reporting

What you’ll bring

  • 8-12 years experience in Internal Audit, Data Analytics, Risk Analytics, or technology‑enabled assurance
  • Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, Python, R
  • Experience with RPA automation platforms
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or JDE
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Ability to influence global cross‑functional teams
