About the role

Corporate Audit team at Lennox International focuses on risk‑based audits, SOX compliance, fraud detection, and continuous auditing. The Specialist develops and automates data analytics solutions using IDEA, Alteryx, and Azure to deliver actionable insights across business processes such as P2P, O2C, Inventory, and GL. The role is based in Chennai, India, with a regular onsite work model. Key responsibilities include building audit analytics workflows, supporting fraud desk initiatives, and collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to enhance risk monitoring and control effectiveness.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and maintain audit analytics models and workflows for fraud detection, SOX testing, and continuous auditing
• Automate repetitive audit testing procedures to improve coverage and efficiency
• Perform risk‑based data analysis, including exception testing, trend analysis, and anomaly detection
• Support fraud desk initiatives through advanced analytics and red‑flag identification
• Enable risk response monitoring aligned with ERM and Internal Audit priorities
• Develop analytics to support proactive risk identification and control effectiveness assessment
• Work directly with SAP source data (FI, MM, SD, Inventory) and ensure accurate extraction and transformation
• Collaborate with Internal Audit, Compliance, IT, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to understand risk areas and data availability

What you’ll bring

• 4–7 years experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Internal Audit, or Risk Analytics
• Deep, hands‑on experience with modeling and advanced workflow design
• Strong working knowledge of SAP data structures and audit‑relevant datasets
• Experience supporting Internal Audit, SOX, fraud analytics, or risk monitoring initiatives
• Proficiency with IDEA and Alteryx
• Experience with Azure or similar data platforms
• Knowledge of audit methodologies, internal controls, and compliance frameworks
• Ability to translate audit objectives into scalable analytics solutions
