What you’ll do

• Deliver customer acquisition through business development and cold‑calling
• Generate leads and manage daily sales calls as per plan
• Activate and support referral partners for new loan business
• Provide doorstep service and end‑to‑end loan processing support
• Cross‑sell insurance products to loan customers
• Maintain soft bucket collections and monitor early mortality

What you’ll bring

• 1-5 years sales experience
• Proficiency in local language and English
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Experience in business development and micro‑finance markets
• Ability to build and nurture referral partner relationships
