About the role
Vanguard India Office – Application Engineering team builds AI-powered applications, dashboards and cloud-native solutions to drive client outcomes. The Technical Lead designs, develops and implements backend systems, integrates GenAI, LLMs and AI agents, and collaborates with product, SRE and rapid response teams. Hyderabad, Telangana, India, hybrid work model.
What you’ll do
- Develop AI‑powered applications and dashboards
- Integrate third‑party products and AI agents
- Translate specs into code for moderate‑complex projects
- Participate in CI/CD and deployment activities
- Analyze issues, propose solutions and drive implementation
- Collaborate with Product, SRE, Environment and Rapid Response teams
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years application development
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or IT
- Experience building AI dashboards
- Work with GenAI, LLMs and RAG frameworks
- Use Claude for code generation and review
- DevOps and cloud‑native development exposure
- Understanding of system observability
- Collaborate across multiple engineering teams
