About the role

Retail Business Group, Customer Retention (Accident & Health) at HDFC ERGO focuses on retaining insurance customers through timely policy renewals. The Senior Executive drives renewals by contacting customers, supporting sales and channel partners, and coordinating with banks to meet targets. Based in Raipur, India (also covering Bhubaneshwar, Chennai – Gundy, Hyderabad) with on-site work model.

What you’ll do

Assist customers, sales team, and channel partners in renewals
Call customers to ensure timely policy renewal
Support partners with renewal value propositions
Drive renewals to meet targets
Coordinate with banks for renewal processes
