D365 Operations Lead
About the role
Lead the regional implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across Mumbai operations, driving adoption, data integrity, and process alignment. Coordinate with finance, sales, and other functional leads to integrate D365 into supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and service delivery. Serve as the primary liaison between the core deployment team and regional stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Champion operational change, promote new ways of working, and oversee data validation to maintain accurate operational data. Build and empower a network of regional change champions to support user adoption and continuous improvement. Gather feedback from end‑users to capture lessons learned for future deployments.
