About the role
Material Master Specialist on Quest Global's Engineering Services team, driving material taxonomy and cataloguing for oil & gas projects. The role prepares and enriches material masters, assigns UNSPC codes, manages bill of materials and asset registers, and collaborates with stakeholders to optimize inventory. Bengaluru, India, On-site, 40‑hour week.
What you’ll do
- Prepare material taxonomy and ensure attribute availability
- Identify and resolve duplicate material masters
- Assign UNSPC codes and manage material cataloguing
- Execute bill of materials for oil and gas equipment
- Maintain asset register and oversee knowledge obsolescence
What you’ll bring
- 6-8 years experience in oil & gas plant
- SAP S4/HANA proficiency
- Material taxonomy development
- Procurement cycle knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills
Nice to have
- Material maintenance in oil & gas domain
- Experience with Bill of Materials and asset registers
