About the role
Drafting Support Team at WSP focuses on delivering high‑quality BIM models for infrastructure projects. The Senior BIM Modeler leads RCD drawing work, ensures production schedules, quality standards, and mentors junior team members. Based in Bengaluru, India with hybrid work model (remote and onsite days).
What you’ll do
- Prepare feasibility study reports
- Identify client queries and coordinate RFIs
- Ensure work progress meets time and quality targets
- Support drafting/detailing and produce volume of work
- Flag issues affecting progress and quality
- Manage delegated tasks and meet deadlines
What you’ll bring
- Diploma in CAD
- 4-8 years relevant experience
- Hands‑on AutoCAD
- Experience with CadsRC
- RC detailing software proficiency
