• Coordinates with system support and networking personnel for asset management
• Maintains compliance documentation for security, data protection, and auditing
• Tracks software licenses to ensure agreement compliance
• Compiles data on asset usage and prepares distribution reports
• Assists with audit preparation and resolves identified discrepancies
