About the role

Enterprise Service Management (ESM) at AHEAD builds platforms for digital business transformation. The Business Process Consultant, Hardware Asset Management advises clients and internal teams on hardware lifecycle governance, using ServiceNow HAM to manage assets from request through disposal while optimizing processes. Remote, based in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

What you’ll do

• Manage and maintain hardware asset records across enterprise classes
• Track assets throughout lifecycle including procurement, deployment, refresh, and disposal
• Partner with procurement and vendor teams to support purchasing and lease tracking
• Utilize ServiceNow HAM for intake, inventory, refresh planning, and reclamation workflows
• Analyze inventory data to identify gaps and cost optimization opportunities
• Support physical inventory audits and reconciliation activities
• Develop reporting dashboards and KPIs for asset age and utilization
• Collaborate on documenting current and future-state business processes
