About the role

The Unit Manager leads end‑to‑end partnership development, from pipeline creation and negotiations to legal documentation, technology integration and onboarding, while managing key accounts to meet monthly volume targets and control loan loss performance. Pune, India, on‑site role, hybrid schedule possible with occasional remote days.
What you’ll do
- Develop partnerships across HFCs, NBFCs, Fintechs
- Create pipelines, negotiate contracts, handle legal docs
- Integrate technology and onboard partners
- Prepare internal approval documents (DEN, ITS, CAM)
- Manage key accounts to drive volume and monitor revenue
- Control loan loss performance and risk actions
What you’ll bring
- 5–7 years Business Development/Account Management
- 2–3 years Financial Services experience

- Strong communication in English and Hindi
