About the role

Senior Engineer M365 at AHEAD leads large‑scale Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace deployments, incident resolution, and automation. Drives Intune, Autopilot, Windows 365, Entra ID, Defender, Teams, SharePoint, and Purview solutions for 5k–150k seats. Designs Conditional Access, compliance, and governance policies, builds PowerShell/Graph API scripts, mentors engineers, and participates in 24×7 on‑call rotation.

What you’ll do

• Architect, deploy, optimise 5k–150k seat M365 Modern Workplace solutions
• Final escalation point for critical incidents: Intune, Autopilot, Windows 365, Entra ID, Defender, Teams
• Advanced troubleshooting: device compliance, app deployment, provisioning, BitLocker, hybrid sync
• Design enterprise‑grade Conditional Access, Intune profiles, compliance, Windows Update rings
• Lead Autopilot migrations and Windows 365 Cloud PC deployments
• Build & maintain PowerShell/PnP/Graph API automation for governance & lifecycle
• Optimize Teams: voice, meetings, governance, retention, DLP
• Integrate & troubleshoot Defender, Office 365, Purview (Info Protection, DLP, Insider Risk)
• Conduct performance & security reviews of Entra ID, SharePoint, OneDrive
• Create & deliver runbooks, root‑cause reports, proactive health assessments
• Mentor mid‑level engineers, contribute to knowledge base & tooling
• Participate in 24×7 on‑call rotation with premium compensation

What you’ll bring

• 8+ yrs progressive experience in Microsoft endpoint & cloud identity mgmt
• Expert in Intune, Entra ID, Autopilot, Windows 365, Co‑management
• Advanced PowerShell & Graph API scripting for daily automation
• Track record resolving complex enterprise‑scale Modern Workplace incidents
• Deep knowledge of Entra ID Conditional Access, MFA, identity protection, PIM
• Hands‑on Defender for Endpoint advanced hunting, ASR rules, attack surface reduction
• Strong Microsoft Teams admin, including Teams Phone / Direct Routing if certified
• Experience with large SharePoint Online migrations, sensitivity labels, retention policies
• 2+ Microsoft certs: MS-102, MS-700, MD-102, SC-300
• Excellent communication & client‑facing consulting or enterprise support skills
