About the role

Digital Engineering – NCLC team at EY builds advanced M365 Copilot solutions for enterprise clients. The Senior M365 Copilot Developer designs, configures, and integrates custom Copilot agents, leveraging Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, and Graph API to deliver scalable automation. Based in Noida, India, on-site role with hybrid collaboration across consulting teams.

What you’ll do

• Produce high‑quality solution deliverables following project timelines
• Code, debug, test, and troubleshoot moderately complex components
• Capture detailed requirements and translate them into design specifications
• Monitor emerging technologies and recommend continuous improvements
• Develop and promote best practices for Copilot usage and operations
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate Power Platform and Azure services

What you’ll bring

• 4-6 years M365 development experience
• 6-12 months hands‑on M365 Copilot development
• Proficiency in C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with Azure Functions, OpenAI services, and Azure DevOps
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Expertise using Microsoft Graph API
• Consulting experience with client-facing communication
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field
