About the role

Staff Data Scientist at InMobi will spearhead the creation of autonomous AI systems that drive business outcomes across finance, marketing, and operations. What you’ll do

• Lead design & build of agentic AI systems
• Build LLM-powered applications and multi‑agent workflows
• Develop rapid experimentation pipelines
• Design data pipelines for training & deployment
• Monitor model performance & detect drift
• Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams
• Document best practices & knowledge sharing

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years ML/Data Science experience
• Proficient in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Scikit-learn
• Strong knowledge of regression, tree models, clustering, time series
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, generative and agentic AI systems
• Big data skills: Spark, Hadoop, cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Nice to have

• PhD in CS, Stats, or related field
• Hands‑on GenAI/Agentic AI framework experience (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI)
• MCP integration knowledge
• Proven deployment of ML pipelines to production
