About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage all import‑export operations, ensuring compliance with corporate and government regulations. The role involves securing permits, coordinating with freight forwarders, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize supply chain efficiency. Candidates should bring 2‑4 years of import‑export experience, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and a solid understanding of customs procedures. The position is full‑time, on‑site in Bengaluru, and offers unlimited leaves, no probation, comprehensive health coverage, and an inclusive work culture.

What you’ll do

• Control and ensure compliance of import‑export processes
• Obtain permits and licenses for all shipments
• Coordinate with marketing and sourcing for tariff classification
• Interface with freight forwarders and manage logistics
• Resolve shipment issues and provide customer support
• Maintain detailed documentation and record‑keeping
• Evaluate items for import accuracy and collaborate with brokers
• Monitor audit trails for internal and external audits
• Respond to customs inquiries and secure product certifications
• Collaborate across departments to streamline supply chain

What you’ll bring

• Prior import‑export experience
• Bachelor’s or higher degree (BTech/MTech/MBA)

Nice to have

• 2‑4 years relevant experience
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Vendor and team management experience
• Knowledge of government policies and customs
• Excellent communication and work‑management skills
