About the role

Global Logistics Operations at Kraft Heinz drives export logistics excellence. The Analyst II partners with business stakeholders and floor teams to design and implement end‑to‑end export processes, lead KPI service reviews, and continuously improve cost and efficiency. Ahmedabad, India, on‑site role with hybrid elements as needed, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Responsible for import/export operations and establishing processes from scratch
• Transition and guide teams in process setup and change management
• Lead service reviews of KPIs and governance meetings
• Identify E2E supply chain opportunities for cost improvement and standardization
• Manage sailing schedules, customer pickup planning, and order fulfillment
• Facilitate customs documentation and ensure compliance
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions

What you’ll bring

• 6-8 years logistics export operations experience
• Working knowledge of OTM and SAP interfaces
• Customer‑centric mindset with bias toward action
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
