About the role

What you’ll do
- Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and workforce reporting solutions
- Develop recurring reports for headcount, hiring, compensation, engagement, and diversity
- Ensure data quality through audits, validation, and governance standards
- Partner with HR leadership to provide insights and recommendations
- Support HR systems as functional super‑user and conduct user testing
- Implement AI‑enabled workflows to automate reporting
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years People Analytics or HR reporting experience
- Advanced Excel and visualization tool proficiency
- Experience with ADP and HRIS data structures
- Executive and Board-level reporting experience
- Ability to communicate complex data to non‑technical audiences
- Experience leveraging AI tools for reporting automation
