About the role
People Analytics team at Bureau Veritas drives HR insights and data governance across the organization. The Senior Analyst leads the delivery of key HR reports, builds analytics tools in SuccessFactors and BI, and conducts training to promote analytics best practices. Noida office, on-site work model, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Deliver monthly People & Culture Book and CSR Scorecard for executive leadership
- Standardize global CSR KPI definitions and support audit readiness
- Develop training materials and manage SharePoint knowledge repository
- Conduct webinars and workshops for global HR users
- Maintain HR analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting usage
- Leverage AI and O365 to automate routine analytics tasks
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 8+ years people analytics or HR analytics experience
- Hands‑on SuccessFactors reporting
- Proficiency with BI tools and advanced Excel
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Problem‑solving with high attention to detail
- Familiarity with Office 365 and AI tools
