About the role
Lead Research Analyst at Avasant’s Healthcare Payor practice, driving digital transformation insights for health plans, PBMs, and TPAs. Designs research agenda, authors market reports and RadarView assessments on value‑based care, interoperability, and AI‑enabled claims. Works with senior CXOs and industry events to shape payor strategies, while mentoring a lean research team. Based in Delhi and Bangalore, India, on‑site with hybrid flexibility.
What you’ll do
- Design research agenda and deliverables
- Author market reports and white papers
- Engage senior leadership and CXOs
- Lead and mentor research team
- Develop research processes and frameworks
- Present at conferences and industry events
What you’ll bring
- MBA from Tier 1 institute
- 6-9 years research/strategy in healthcare payors
- Experience with Big 4 or leading consulting firms
- Strong written & verbal communication
- Quantitative & storytelling skills
