About the role
Huron Consulting Group helps clients accelerate digital and cultural transformation. As an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant you will lead full‑lifecycle implementations of Core HR and Talent Management modules, configure solutions, and support clients through testing and post‑deployment. Based in Bangalore with hybrid work, you will also collaborate with teams in Noida, Chennai, Pune and Jaipur.
What you’ll do
- Lead and support Redwood UI adoption across modules
- Gather requirements, perform fit‑gap analysis, design solutions
- Configure Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, Talent Management
- Conduct functional testing, UAT support, and deployments
- Act as subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
- Collaborate with technical teams on reports, integrations, data conversions
- Develop end‑user documentation and training materials
- Manage offshore deliverables and ensure client satisfaction
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree required
- MBA preferred
- 3+ years Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM experience
- Hands‑on Redwood UI expertise
- Experience with workflows, security configurations, OTBI reporting
- Global multi‑cultural implementation background
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Agile delivery
