About the role

Cloud Security team at First Citizens India secures and hardens AWS and Azure environments. The Lead Information Security Engineer drives cloud security hardening, manages CSPM/SSPM tools, automates remediation, and produces security metrics for leadership. Bangalore, hybrid (3 days onsite).

What you’ll do

  • Implement cloud security hardening standards
  • Administer CSPM/SSPM tools and policies
  • Identify and remediate misconfigurations
  • Ensure compliance and audit readiness
  • Collaborate with cyber ops and engineering teams
  • Automate posture remediation
  • Generate security metrics and reports

What you’ll bring

  • 7-10 years cloud security experience
  • Hands‑on with AWS Security Hub, GuardDuty, Azure Defender, Sentinel
  • IaC experience Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep
  • Scripting in Python or PowerShell
  • Managing CSPM/SSPM tools (WIZ, Reco.ai)

Nice to have

  • NIST and enterprise security frameworks
  • Encryption, KMS/HSM, key rotation
  • Zero‑Trust IAM and RBAC
  • CI/CD security integration
