What you’ll do

• Support rural branch service and cashier operations
• Ensure policy adherence and KPI achievement at branches
• QA of CRM requests and FinnOne/Pennant receipts
• Provide feedback to branch users to improve accuracy
• Analyze data and prepare monthly presentations for rural team
• Resolve reconciliation entries to ensure zero pendency
• Coordinate with IT/PMO for issue resolution
• Collaborate with audit team to close observations
• Lead process initiatives for system development and automation
