About the role

Construction Quality Management Team at Larsen & Toubro oversees quality assurance and control for high‑rise residential projects. The Senior Manager leads site QA/QC personnel, implements quality systems, conducts audits, and coordinates with consultants to ensure compliance with specifications and ISO standards. Powai, India, on‑site work model with occasional travel to multiple project sites.

What you’ll do

Develop and implement QA/QC policies and quality management systems
Oversee site quality control for structural, reinforcement, formwork, finishing, and MEP works
Conduct periodic quality audits, inspections, and testing management
Coordinate with consultants, project engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues
Monitor and report overall quality performance to project leadership
Manage non‑conformance reports and corrective actions
Lead and train QA/QC managers, engineers, and inspectors

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
Certification in Quality Management / ISO Standards / Construction Quality Control (preferred)

Nice to have

12-18 years QA/QC experience in large construction projects
Experience with high‑rise residential/commercial builds
Knowledge of inspection and testing procedures for civil and MEP works
Proficiency in MS Excel and quality reporting systems
