Senior Executive - QA/QC

About the role

Sika, a global specialty chemicals leader, seeks a Senior Executive for QA/QC in Jhagadia to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance. The role involves managing laboratory testing, maintaining ISO standards, and investigating customer complaints. This full-time position is based on-site in Gujarat, India.

What you’ll do

• Ensure quality of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods per QC specifications
• Generate Certificates of Analysis and maintain control samples with tracking records
• Ensure compliance with ISO Standards and assist in laboratory audits
• Investigate customer complaints for root cause analysis in coordination with QC officers
• Monitor SPC charts for key parameters and manage MSDS documentation
• Train lab technicians and maintain laboratory housekeeping and safety culture
• Prepare lab batches and ensure timely calibration of testing instruments
• Maintain detailed records for QC testing, reprocess, and daily productivity reports

What you’ll bring

• BSc or M.Sc. in Chemistry
• 3 years of relevant experience
