Senior Engineer - Gen AI

About the role

Iris Software seeks a Senior Engineer to design and develop enterprise Generative AI solutions, focusing on agentic systems and RAG architectures. The role involves leading the development of intelligent AI agents, optimizing prompt strategies, and mentoring team members on GenAI frameworks. This position is based in Noida, UP, India.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop enterprise Generative AI solutions using platforms like Amazon Bedrock or Azure AI Foundry
• Implement multi-agent orchestration solutions using LangGraph or similar frameworks
• Optimize prompt strategies, retrieval mechanisms, and context orchestration
• Design scalable AI engineering architectures incorporating authentication and API governance
• Lead fine-tuning and model customization initiatives for domain-specific performance
• Mentor team members on GenAI frameworks and AI engineering best practices
• Troubleshoot complex AI workflow and model behavior challenges
• Review AI solution designs for adherence to engineering standards and responsible AI practices
