About the role

Solutions Engineering team at WebEngage builds custom integrations and scalable solutions for customers. The role designs implementation strategies, develops backend connectors, and collaborates with product engineering to turn recurring needs into core features. Mumbai, India, on-site.

What you’ll do

• Understand customer requirements and create implementation strategies
• Integrate third‑party APIs and build reusable backend components
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and stability
• Manage AWS deployments and monitor load
• Write SQL scripts for data processing and reporting
• Provide technical guidance during implementation
• Collaborate with product teams to encapsulate recurring requirements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation

What you’ll bring

3-5 years experience in solutions engineering or software development

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Node.js
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with AWS services
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker
• Knowledge of ETL processes
