About the role

Finance Systems team at Kong drives the evolution of finance technology into a strategic business enabler. The Senior Director defines strategy, architecture, and roadmap for NetSuite, Celigo, Brex, Pigment and Zip, builds AI‑powered automations, and governs integrations with Salesforce, Workday and other enterprise apps. Pune, India, on-site role with hybrid collaboration across Finance, IT and business units.

What you’ll do

• Own strategy and long‑term roadmap for core finance systems
• Design, build and govern enterprise‑wide integrations
• Establish governance, controls and SOX‑compliant processes
• Champion AI‑driven transformation and intelligent automations
• Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Revenue Operations, HR and IT
• Lead finance systems initiatives from implementation to adoption
• Drive operational excellence via support model and vendor partnerships
• Continuously optimize finance technology landscape

What you’ll bring

• 12+ years finance systems leadership in high‑growth SaaS
• Deep NetSuite administration expertise
• Experience with integration platforms such as Celigo, Workato or Boomi
• Design and delivery of AI‑powered automation solutions
• Strong SQL and analytical skills
• Cross‑functional communication and stakeholder management
