About the role

IT Department at Tech Mahindra focuses on delivering data-driven solutions for manufacturing and inventory management. As a Tech Lead, you will design and develop Power BI dashboards, build data models, and migrate data to enterprise platforms while mentoring junior analysts. Bengaluru, on-site, hybrid schedule with occasional remote days.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data accuracy and availability
• Translate business requirements into effective Power BI dashboards and analytical solutions
• Design and optimize data models to improve process performance
• Migrate and standardize data into enterprise platforms such as Power BI and MS Fabric
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts
• Manage stakeholder expectations and deliverables with minimal supervision
• Implement data analytics best practices and adapt to evolving business needs
• Deliver training sessions and technical presentations

What you’ll bring

• 8-15 years experience
• Strong expertise in Data Analysis and Statistical Analysis
• Proficiency in SQL and database querying
• Hands‑on Power BI dashboard development
• Experience with MS Fabric, SAP HANA, Azure Synapse
• Knowledge of SAP S4/ECC and T‑Codes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Mentorship of junior team members
